I have been really committed to (trying) daily yoga. Even if I only have 4 minutes. It is a process but I can definitely feel the difference in mind and body when I am consistent.
During my last visit with my grandmother I gave her a 10 minute makeover and gave her a few tips. It was a special moment for me, just sharing that time with her. She lives in Michigan and I don’t see her often. She sent me this selfie 2 weeks later. Letting me know she was using the steps 💋💄
